This free two-day conference encourages a comprehensive review of the current state of our watershed while creating learning opportunities for a diverse array of stakeholders. Lucy Parham is a TMDL and watershed coordinator for the Utah Division of Water Quality. She currently manages watershed implementation in the Uinta Basin and TMDL development for the Jordan River. Prior to working for DWQ, she was a water resources consultant in Salt Lake City where she managed study design, data collection, analysis, and reporting for various watershed studies in Utah and Wyoming.
