Keith Pilgrim is a water resources scientist at Barr Engineering. He has a passion for developing new ways to solve problems. One of his current passions is identifying new ways to treat all of the constituents in stormwater runoff, both the particulate and the dissolved fractions. He has been employing his aquatic chemistry background to full use to identify materials and operating conditions needed to remove pollutants.
